President and CEO transfers shareholding

The President and CEO of Norsk Hydro ASA, Eivind Reiten, has on November 25, 2008 transferred his total shareholding in Hydro, 86,972 shares, to his wholly owned company Mocca Invest AS. The transfer was done at NOK 32.30 per share according to valuation per September 29, 2008.

The transaction does not alter the total number of shares held by Eivind Reiten.
